Talk like neighbors
Be curious. Criticize ideas, policies, decisions, and conduct—not another person’s identity or humanity.
No harassment, threats, slurs, doxxing, intimidation, or deliberate bad-faith disruption.
Make room for people to ask questions, change their minds, and learn.
Disagreement is allowed. Dehumanization is not.
Moderation exists to protect useful conversation, not to demand agreement.
